Wednesdays, 18:00-19:00 Women’s yoga (starts 9 Oct)

Yogi Bhajan shared a huge body of teachings specific to women. Join us for a practice to balance and harmonise, and connect you to the strength, power and sensitivity of the feminine.

Thurdays, 10:30-11:30 (starts 10 Oct)

Kundalini Yoga to feel energised and balanced. Open to all students and all levels.

Both classes at Birmingham Uni bookable via the Sports centre online booking system.

Satwant shares the teachings of Yogi Bhajan with such joy and warmth and creates a wonderful space to learn and practice Yoga. Her classes gave me a greater understanding of the power of Kundalini Yoga and the connection between our body and mind which a has allowed me to deepen my own personal practice and gain confidence as a teacher.
